Small commercial buildings, open for business sooner.
Shops, cafés, offices and classrooms on an all-welded steel frame. Less time building means less time paying rent somewhere else.
A storefront that goes up fast and stays solid.
For a small business, every week of construction is a week without sales. A ModuStrong frame arrives as a finished structure, so the job site moves straight to walls, storefront glass and finishes.
- Shorter construction schedule from slab to opening day
- Large openings for storefront glass and service windows
- Porch covers and awnings that bolt to the frame for outdoor seating
- Any facade: metal, wood, stucco or your brand's materials
- Durable steel structure with an architectural-grade coating
What businesses build with it.
Each of these starts with the same 48' × 10' module, alone or joined side by side.
Shops, cafés, drive-thrus
Coffee shops, boutiques, food stands and service counters with a modern look.
Offices & sales centers
Site offices, model-home sales centers, professional offices and branch locations.
Classrooms & training rooms
Extra classrooms, training centers and meeting rooms added without a long construction project.
Clinics & service rooms
Small clinics, consulting rooms and community service points.
Workforce housing
Repeated units for crews at industrial, oil and gas, energy and construction sites.
Workshops & storage
Shops, tool rooms and secure storage buildings with a stronger frame than a metal shed.
Design it once. Build it again.
Chains, franchises, school districts and developers can standardize one ModuStrong model and repeat it across locations: same frame, same openings, same accessories. Each site still gets its own foundation and local engineering.
- Consistent look and layout at every location
- Fewer design changes from one project to the next
- Predictable materials list for every build
Commercial questions
Can a ModuStrong building be used as a business open to the public?
Yes, once it is engineered, permitted and finished for that use. Commercial buildings must meet local requirements for occupancy, fire safety and accessibility, which the project's engineer and builder address for each site.
How large can a commercial building be?
One module gives 480 sq ft. Modules join side by side, so two give 960 sq ft and three give 1,440 sq ft, with open interiors between them.
Can the same model be built in several locations?
Yes. That is where a standard steel frame helps most: the same frame, openings and accessories can be repeated across locations, with each site engineered for its own conditions.
